If a program updates itself and ask to restart itself, I clic ok for restart, it won't until the program finally disappears from the backgroun after several minutes. It's weird, it's just anoying to have to wait so long to re-start a program. It again as it stays on in the background. I then choose to close the program but then it takes 5 minutes until I can re-start Lastly, windows media player will always freeze (hang: not responding) if I try to click on a song in the library which has been deleted from my drive (from outside WMP). They disappear after several minutes (close to 5 minutes.).Īlso, if I run a program like Adobe Premiere (or any other programs.), when I close the program, the window closes but the program itself stays live in the background (I can see in in the task manager) and I can't reopen the program until it has disappearedįrom the task manager, otherwise nothing happens when I clic on the program.Īlso, whenever I try to kill a process it will take up to 3-5 minutes to kill it. 10 times, and I close IE8, I see 10 ieplore.exe running in the background. If I open IE8, then close it, then open again then close.
